I have placed this in the hands of many of our end-users and it has been a great tool for them. It helps to reinforce ideas users get in training and workshops. For those who aren't afraid of a little geekspeak, I also recommend Beginning SharePoint 2007: Building Team Solutions with MOSS 2007 by Amanda Murphy (ISBN-13: 978-0470124499). This is focused more towards the technical side of SharePoint, but has some more advanced topics as well. I usually hand this off to those that want more in-depth administration assistance. There are some items that point to Central Administration which only your SharePoint administrators can access, so be warned there are some topics outside of the "end-user". Chris Mark,
