EndUserSharePoint.com: Special Guest at SPC2008 – HALO

HALO and Mark Miller, EndUserSharePoint.com at SCP2008Sometimes, the people you meet at conferences are pretty amazing, but one of the highlights last week was to run into, literally, HALO! Thanks to Shawn Arnwine and his friend for having enough on the ball to snap a picture and email it to me. (That’s me on the left, by the way, not on the right.)

One of the nice things about running into Shawn and Mike and Ryne and Chris, regular readers of EndUserSharePoint.com, was to see how young they are. There really is a young generation interested in how all this stuff comes together.

The next generation of SharePoint users are the ones that are going to steer the social aspect of this thing, making it possible for user generated content to be the driving engine. I look forward to watching, hopefully, not from the sidelines, but from down on the playing field.
