Last Call: Word and SharePoint – I didn’t know you could do that!

Laura Rogers and I are putting the finishing touches on tomorrow’s workshop, Word and SharePoint – I didn’t know you could do that!. Here’s the short list of things we will be covering:

  • Add a Word template to document library or Content Type
  • Insert document library fields into Word 2007 documents
  • Manage content with the Document Information Panel
  • Use Word to post directly to a blog
  • Work offline on SharePoint documents
  • Open SharePoint documents without opening SharePoint
  • Compare document versions
  • Manage a Document Library from within Word
  • Dynamic document version comparison

As with all of our live online workshop, everything is a “No Code Solution”, and in this workshop, is Information Worker focused. If you need to get your team up to spead on some nice integration points between Word and SharePoint, this will be a good workshop for you.

All participants get their own SharePoint sandbox for experimenting with the solutions, a copy of all resources used during the presentation and access to the on-demand recording of the entire session once it is completed.

Hope to see you there. Mark and Laura
