Natal and SharePoint: Something to work with?

I was intrigued when I first heard about Natal. Can it relate in some way to SharePoint? I don’t know, you tell me.

Fascinating stuff on the way….

Yes, without a doubt. This is the future of application UI. The first wave will come in and revolutionize simulation based training – with specific scenarios that can be varied and adapted on the fly. For SharePoint, imagine “taking a class” where you have save documents, check out materials, connect a library to Outlook, etc – all with full arm/body actions (and inter-actions). You really get the “feel” of moving documents around and could have situations where you do things incorrectly and the immediate feedback coming to you instantly in very palpable ways. Next, imagine taking collaboration to new levels. Instead of doing realtime collaboration, you can do staged/stepped/iterative collaboration on your own time while interacting with the system “intermediary” avatar. Collaboration could be supported with a moderator in this very rich interactive way… The sky is the limit. But the sky is also a long way away…

Of course, just need to be creative.
Imagine the Sharepoint Meeting Sites where all ateendes collaborate with their documents, notes, videos, etc.
You could build a room with all characters assisting to the meeting, etc, etc.
