SharePoint Training in Atlanta

Choosing a training vendor is a tough proposition. You’ve got to spend a boatload of money to get someone to standup in front of a critical audience for three days to five days, deliver the goods and then verify that what was given will be useful immediately in the work environment. Like I said, tough choice to make.

At EndUserSharePoint.com, we deliver live online training about a dozen times per month, helping to fill the gap in cost and timeframe when you need a specific solution right away, can’t get the training budget approval or are having a hard time putting together a large enough audience to justify the cost of live, in-class training. I still do live training in New York City because of the ease of logistics, but what’s an alternative when you really do need that hard-core, in front of the classroom training? How are you “vetting” the training vendors?

The best way is through an unsolicited recommendation.

I had the pleasure of sitting in on Matt Passannante’s, SharePoint Experts, presentation at SPTechCon in Boston and love the way this guy presents. Everyone in the room was completely engaged during the presentation. Matt delivered not only a well paced worskhop with critical information for Information Architects, but ended literally on his knees, begging, pleading… “Do not proxy! Do not proxy!” I felt as if I was in an old time revival tent, jumping out of my seat to scream “Tell it to ‘em, Matt! Tell it!”

When’s the last time someone knocked you out of your seat during technical training? Try “never” for most people. When you get a chance to learn from an expert who loves what he does, knows the material inside out and can transfer that excitement to you, it’s time to sign up. Dustin, Matt and Heather (Solomon) are going to be running their SharePoint Bootcamp series in Atlanta, September 21 – 25. I can highly recommend this series if you need to hit the ground running, while being highly entertained at the same time.

Five stars. Highest recommendation for content and delivery.
