Yes, believe it! – SharePoint Drag and Drop Accordian Interface

Original Publication Date: Wednesday, October 7, 2009

SharePoint User Level: General Interest

In Christophe Humbert’s live online workshop, “Easy Tabs Interface – Simple Navigation for Complex Information“, he provides a Content Editor Web Part that automagically creates an accordian style menu from any web parts within the current web zone.

The two minute demo below is exciting to watch for nothing more than the simplicity of the solution. If you like what you see, I hope you join us for the workshop.

    Hi Mark / Christophe

    Excellent web part.

For those that cannot join, will the web part be made available?

    Iain

Iain – Christophe updated his web parts or created them specifically for this workshop. If the problem is that you can’t attend the live workshop, you can always purchase access to the on-demand recording and the web part resources from the workshop. The price is the same as the workshop. — Mark

Interesting…that site also has an accordion, which is also based on my Easy Tabs Web Part.

One major difference though: the Web Parts in the workshop are for end users, and don’t require server access.
