Talking about SharePoint: My Speaking Schedule
I just got off the phone with Peter from MetaVis Technologies. We’re working on a project together and trying to find time to put all the pieces together.
I really didn’t realize how booked my schedule had become until we tried to schedule a chunk of time. Between speaking at SharePoint Saturdays, doing live online training, in-person training and speaking at SharePoint Conferences, it’s becoming pretty hectic… good hectic, mind you, but still hectic.
In addition to the daily events, I’m speaking at a couple of major conferences in the first part of 2010.
- Jan 23, 2010 – Live online, SharePoint Saturday Europe
- Feb 10 – 12, 2010 – SPTechCon, San Francisco
- Apr 19 – 21, 2010 – SharePoint Evolutions Conference, London
Don’t even bother asking me how I’m going to publish four to six articles a day, record the “Today in SharePoint” broadcasts, put together the screencast demos and still have a family vacation this December, the week before Christmas.
To be truthful about it, that last one’s not in question. It’s my yearly tradition to take the family to Mohonk the week before Christmas for snow tubing, ice skating, cross-country skiing and cookies with tea every afteroon at 4:00pm. Would rather quit SharePoint than miss that.

Heady times, indeed. Having great fun along the way. I look forward to catching up with you during one of the events.
Mark

Sounds to me like you need a good project manager to run your schedule and projects! Hey I’m available!
Migrate the Mohonk Web site to SharePoint using the MetaVis tool. Blog about it. Record a “Mark on the go” podcast (geocast?) while cross-country skiing. As for cookies and tea…wait for the London conference!
Glad to help
Oh, did I mention the SharePoint Saturday Mohonk on December 19?
