Live near Seattle? Want some free hardware/software from Microsoft?
About this time last year I received a request from the Usability Study Group at Microsoft to help find people to be part of their usability study. Looks like it’s that time of year again.
Read the description below and send in your info. They sent me the list of stuff they are giving as “Thank Yous” to participants, and it is NOT trivial! Seattle/Redmond area SharePoint users only, for this one. We’ll see about doing a virtual group in the future.
Microsoft Sharepoint / Intranet Users Wanted: Usability Study
Microsoft’s Office User Research Team is conducting a usability study for individuals in the Seattle area who use their company intranet/SharePoint. The individuals that we are seeking work primarily from the office and from the home occasionally. This is a unique opportunity to provide direct feedback to help us improve a product you use every day!
Studies will be conducted at Microsoft’s Main Campus in Redmond, WA. Studies run between March 4th- 24th, 2010, with study sessions lasting approximately 2 hours.
We value your time and feedback!
All participants scheduled to participate will receive one gratuity item from a select list of popular Microsoft hardware and software
