A SharePoint Leader or a Lone Nut Case, You Decide

As I continue to prepare for my sessions at Best Practices Conference in Washington, DC next week, I’m on the lookout for examples of how,and why, communities form. One of my talks, Best Practices for Building a Community in SharePoint, will dissect how EndUserSharePoint.com has become so large and how people can leverage what I’ve done to start their own communities, whether public or in-house.

This is a short three minute burst, but should get you thinking about how communities start. As Derek says in the video, I was a lone nut until I got my first follower.

  1. Great video! Totally agree with Derek, at first leadership can be treated as a nut case but at the end, all the community want to join in! Been there, done that!

Don’t wear that shirt to ask that question.
    LOL
