And on the view you can manipulate data according to your own preferences. And then you can export them final data into excel spreadsheet.
casey on "DVWP Date Filter" http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/topic/dvwp-date-filter#post-7904 Wed, 24 Jun 2009 09:23:52 +0000 casey 7904@http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/
Yeah thanks I saw that post, I am working round the 'date range', just need one date in a linked data source!
illegal operation on "DVWP Date Filter" http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/topic/dvwp-date-filter#post-7901 Wed, 24 Jun 2009 08:51:43 +0000 illegal operation 7901@http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/
I've used this method to search by a date range on a dvwp, maybe you could modify it some to search by just one date? Have implemented a filter on the source lists default view but this has no effect
2. Have tried to use a date filter Web part- no effect at all, always nil results
3. Have tried filtering the list via the DVWP filter option bu again always nil results

What should I do ???

Thanks,
Casey
