He doesn't state it, but you might need to put the web part with the jQuery statement at the bottom of the zone (actually step 6 in his directions).

I find a lot of jQuery based webparts just behave better if they are at the bottom. I have a vague recollection that Paul told us that once too!
illegal operation on "Enable Open in a separate browser" http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/topic/enable-open-in-a-separate-browser#post-6198 Tue, 28 Apr 2009 11:20:42 +0000 illegal operation 6198@http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/
Thanks pakerl for the link,

I just gave it a try, and it will work if you add it to AllItems.aspx, but it doesn't seem to work if you have created a page, and added a listview webpart to that page.

At least I can't get it to work.

I've tried adding the webpart to the page, and also any views with no luck.

Any ideas?
pakerl on "Enable Open in a separate browser" http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/topic/enable-open-in-a-separate-browser#post-6186 Tue, 28 Apr 2009 09:26:29 +0000 pakerl 6186@http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/
Take a look at this post. I would like the library to be set up so when a user clicks on one of the files,it will open in a separate browser. I checked the doc lib settings and I do not see this as an option. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Take Care
