I really didn't want to give execs "owners" permissions as I didn't want them to be able to delete suggestions. But, if there's no other option, I can live with it. So the new issue is sending alerts. Users shouldn't be able to see all suggestions - only their own. When I choose that setting, I get the error, "You cannot create alerts for lists for which users can only read their own items." When I attempt an alert for executives, error received that alerts can't be used if users can only see their own items. What permissions are needed for 1) users and 2) executives? </p>
