It is running XP and using Internet Explorer.</p> <p>Our solution is to have this machine re-imaged or replaced. We've had some issues with a user here who has Vista on her machine involving document libraries. We also had a similar problem to your's when someone used FireFox to upload multiple documents. They don't get far enough to actually upload any documents. When they use it, the computer hangs up and freezes. If they select Upload Document and then use the link for "Upload Multiple Files..." it works fine. What's going on here? </p>
