I have a client who has an ongoing discussion board. They would like to archive off the oldest items including the replies. Exporting to a spreadsheet only captures the initial item not the replies. Is there a way to archive both to a digital form?

Can't you just create an archive view for these old discussions?
The don't typically take up much space. You may be able to save the template with content depending on how much data you have.
