    In the calender is it possible to delete automatically item after the end time ?

  2. If you have MOSS, go to the list settings > Information management policy settings.

    Then click the Event content type > Define a policy.

    Enable Expiration, A time period based on the item's properties: (End Time)...
    Perform this action: (Delete)

    Tried your suggestion. Entry was a piece of cake.
    However, policy is not working.

    I set up policy to Delete after End Time + 1 day was reached.

    Is there something special that needs to be done to put the policy in action?

  4. Open central administration, Go to operations-> Under Security Configuration->Management information policy configuration. Go to Expiration. Here you can change your expiration job's schedule.
