  1. I’ve setup a sub-site or two only later to find out I don’t like the way the “zones” are laid out. I haven’t been able to figure how to change this layout by changing the template after the site is already setup. Any ideas?

  2. You can use SharePoint Designer to change zones on the existing site. You open the site with it and adjust the zones as you like...

  3. David - As Toni implies, you won't be able to do that without a little help from SPD. The web zones are part of the Master Page. A problem might occur if you create web zones on a page as a one-off, and then update the Master Page that drives that page, you'll wipe out all of your one-off work.

  4. You're suppose to be able to create your own page layout files but I've never leared how to do that.
