Custom Lists, Same Fields, Same View, Different Displays

I have a List Template that I created for Team Biographies. This has 5 fields: team member name, job title, biography, photo, and display order.

I have a requirement to have four of these on the same page for the different teams in a department.

I created the four in quick succession, then populated each with the different team members. I don't have the biography yet, and didn't add the photo, so they were only populated with name, job title, and display order.

I went to my department page (built using the publishing template) and added the four web parts all in the Right Zone. I modified each one to only display the name and job title, display width of the web part to be 6" fixed, no toolbar.

When I published the page, the job title field starts in different places from one web part to the other. It doesn't seem to depend on the length of the team member name - the one with the shortest name has the job title field starting the furthest over from the right.

    It looks like this:

    WP 1:
    Team Member Name Job Title

    WP 2:
    Team Member Name Job Title

    WP 3:
    Team Member Name Job Title

    WP 4:
    Team Member Name Job Title

I've checked the field lengths (just to be really anal) and the team member names are all 255 characters as is the job title. I have the same views defined. The options are exactly the same.

I don't get it. Why isn't "job title" lining up the same???

Just saw that my post didn't post correctly.

My Job Title columns are NOT lined up like they are above. They are all over the place.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!
