Custom meeting agenda form

I'm creating a "meeting agenda" form in SharePoint Designer. The desire
is to use this "meeting agenda" form as a template for all meetings.
The person will fill in the info and this will be the basis of the
    meeting.

The top "section" of the form is for basic info like: name of meeting,
    location, presenter, and so on...

The next "section" of the form is for the agenda itself. I've got
"Agenda Item, Discussion, Conclusions, Action Items, Person Responsible
    and time frame (deadline)....

Here's where it gets tough for me. This form is (hopefully) going to be
the primer to be filled in with content. Meetings of course vary in the
number of agenda items. Some may have 4 items and the next meeting will
have 8. What I'd like to create is a way to make the second "section"
of the form repeat when triggered to do so. That way, the person fills
out the second section with an agenda item, triggers that section to set up
another set of "fill-ins" and fills them out for the second agenda item
and triggers it again for a third agenda item and so on. I'm wondering
if we can create a "repeat" button that when clicked will produce the
desired section. And if the button is not clicked, then the person can
proceed to the next portion of the form.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

  2. If I understood you correctly you want to create a repeating table for agenda? Have you tried Infopath forms, because it offers exactly the same behavior you need. There are already templates to do that... http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101172311033.aspx?av=ZIP000

If you do not have Infopath please disregard my post :)))

  4. Okey, as I see it you can:

    1) Persuade your boss to allow Infopath
    2) Ask him to do it in SharePoint designer if he is so smart.

    :)))
