    Hello,

    I am working on a project for awards for the command (military). I was wondering if it's possible to make a document library, and be able to show just the newly submitted/in progress documents out of about 11 different document libraries in one area so it's easier for the Awards Board to look at? If it is possible, What would I need to do to achieve this?

  2. Kristina, I hope you are using full MOSS (not WSS only). In that case the solution is easy: you can use Content Query Web Part http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointserver/HA101540001033.aspx, or it's free alternative http://www.codeplex.com/ECQWP

    Both can do exactly what you need.
