I was wondering if someone could explain to me how I can have the date and time appear automatically every time someone applies feedback in the notes or description columns? I swore this was possible, but I have not come across a method. Any guideance would be appreciated. I am on Moss2007. thanks

  2. an append-only comments/text field does this. Is that what you're looking for?

  4. Create a new field, and make it "multiple lines of text", then in that field's properties, under "Append Changes to Existing Text", change it to Yes.

Thanks for the tip. I tested it and it works! Great. However, what if I want to edit an old comment? How do I go about doing that? I am not familiar with verisoning, but it looks like if I go back to a previous comment it prompts me to restore version.
