Date Difference while adding a New item

    Hi,
    In a particular Site Collection, the date time displays the Local Time for me and GMT time for all other users.
    When i try to post any item the created and modified value also is local time. Only i can see this wiered problem. All other users are able to see GMT time on the portal.
    Ex. if i submit a item in a list or any library the created date on the portal is my local time i.e 2:40 PM whereas for other users the same entry displays as 2:40 -5hr (i.e, in GMT)
    so in some cases if i select the datefield as todays date. It only displays todays date in the view for me and for the other users it is previous day.
    EX: for me it is 2/11/2009 for other users it is 2/10/2009.
    But this is not the same on the other site collection. It works fine in the other Site Collectiton for me.

    There are regional settings on each site, where you can set the time zone for the site. Go to Site Settings, and choose "Regional Settings". Whatever time zone the site is in, that applies to the "created" and "modified" dates on everything in the site.
