    Are there any versions of the default.master master pages, specifically for Team sites which have DOCTYPES and _working_ CSS? I can add the DOCTYPE line to the top of my master page but it throws all the CSS off.

    I have looked at HeatherSolomons but again the CSS I use doesnt work.

    Any ideas?
