Email enabled document library restrictions

    Hi,
    I configured a email enabled document library and documents seems to be uploaded when attached to the email. but i am not able to so the same with .msg files.
    I made a copy of the mail to the desktop and then email it to the library as attachment. But nothing seems to appear in the library.
    .msg files cannot be emailed to library. Is there any restrictions or any additional settings.

    My quote:
    In the "Incoming Email" settings in the doc library, you have to set "Save original email" to YES.

    Hi Laura,
    thanks for your reply. I have this enabled and the email is saved as .eml and not as .msg. To have .msg i have attached a .msg file along with the email and sent to the library. nothing seems to be coming up in the library. It works when i attach .doc files but does nothig when i attach .msg files.

    I see what you are trying to do- send an email that has another email attached as a .msg file?
