    Hi,

I have a list in my share point site which is connected to a MS Access database. I have some views created for that list. I have 2 Gantt Views for that list of which one Gantt View filters on one field in the table and another filters on a different field. The names are "Sachin View" and "Sachin_View".

    URLs are

    Sachin View : sharepoint.com/Name of the site/Lists/Name of the List/ Sachin%20View.aspx
    Sachin_View : sharepoint.com/Name of the site/Lists/Name of the List/ Sachin_View.aspx

Normally when we go into a list, to the right hand side of the page, in a dropdown (All Items) we can see all the views that are created for that particular list. Now what is happening in my list is I could see only "Sachin View" in that drop down and I coudlnt see "Sachin_View" in the drop down. If I want to view "Sachin_View" view I have to give the URL. Then that Gantt View is appearing.

Can anyone suggest me why is it that "Sachin_View" is missing in that dropdown?

  2. Have you tried just deleting the one that doesn't show up and creating it again?

  3. Was one created as a personal view? One way to tell is to try to base a new view off of it. If it only lets you make another personal view, then it's personal.

    Hi,

Thank You for the relies. If it is a personal veiw, the URL will not be in the format of

    Sachin_View : sharepoint.com/Name of the site/Lists/Name of the List/ Sachin_View.aspx.

it will be like personalview.aspx. So I feel it is a normal view.

  5. Sachin,

The .aspx page name is whatever you name the view. It has nothing to do with whether the view is personal or public. Private views also follow the url structure of all other pages associated with the list.
