How to Deploy a WSS site On MOSS Site Collection

    I have developed a Leave Application in WSS 3.0. Now i want to deploy it fully on a machine which has Sharepoint server 2007 installed. Please tell me the appropriate solution.I came to know that using stsadm it can be done fully but i am not able to execute the right commands.
