Incoming Email config error

    All
    I'm getting the following error message while trying to setup incoming email (moss 2007 and exchange 2003).

    Either the specified Active Directory container does not exist or it has not granted the correct permissions to the central administration application pool account.

    The farmservice account has full control to the Central Administration site and the AD container does exist. Not sure what I am missing here. All thoughta and ideas very welcome!
