I have a library for Project Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 and multiple documents. I have the need to select multiple phases for some documents? I have checked out the document in Phase 1 to update and when I save I never have the ability to update my content fields attached with the MSWord document prior to checking back in. It seems I have the Edit properties and then update fields (this however is to much work for the group) Any suggestions to make this content field pop up when checking back into the library. This seems to work if you change the name of the document or upload a document but we want version control for CMMI purposes.
