   Hi all,
   I have another problem about sending e-mails. In the announcements default.aspx page. There are announcements at the end of the announcements there is a link for sending this new :
   Send this post with E-Mail

   My question is this: Can I customize this mailto functions body, at this mails body I need to use new post’s body and Title and sender’s name…when I tried to do , tags are coming with Body. these are the codes which I need to edit:
   Send this post with E-Mail

   Need very quick help.

   Your best bet is to create a workflow with SPD that does whatever email you want and you run the workflow either using list data for the TO: or prompt the user for input at workflow runtime. Do you have SPD?

   Yes,I have a Designer and I have already created many workflows but in this case , I I want to do manual sending e-mail not automatic. And I don't want to create workflow that needs to start by user. I just wanted to add some extra information at this mailto function. Has anybody know something about it? (or Can I use a workflow as a function that is working under a button which sends e-mail?)

   Well, here's what you can do with the mailto tag:

   http://www.ianr.unl.edu/internet/mailto.html

   A calculated column that you mark up with the calcHTML script should be able to handle this.
