Modifying the search box layout

    Hi,

    I am trying to find a way to modify my SharePoint search box to look like the box on this site: http://www.igopeople.com/ (just an example). I think it looks cool and is much more functional than standard search where you have to search for something before your scopes appear (other than the dropdown).

    I want my search scopes for SharePoint to appear up top for handiness.

    Anyone know how to do this in SharePoint?
