    Hello,
We need to be able to see multiple calendars in one location. Like merging 2 or three itout one, but still being able to add information in the seperate one and it would automaticaly be updated in the combined one. There dosn't realy seem to be much usefull information aoub this on the web. Also, I would need for this to be possible thought the browser since we do not have acces to the server. If there is a way to do it in another means, please tell me and I would talk to the guy in charge and he might be able to make it happen

    Thanks

You could use the Content By Type webpart (Although it would need to be installed on the server and its free) - http://www.tonstegeman.com/cbt/default.aspx

It would roll up all Calendars on a site (You have to select Hidden Content Type and Event I think to get it to roll up those calendars) I've used it a while back and it worked great.

  3. Is it for security reasons that you need multiple calendars?

Your solution might work Voldox, but the problem is that we can't install anything on the server. I need something like a JavaScript or something similar. I need it because we do not want to clutter the options to fill up wen adding something to the calendar and that we could still show two different lists in the same calendar.

  5. Mark has a creating a master calendar workshop he offers. It helps solve these problems in a nice way. I don't think it requires anything to be deployed to the server, but don't quote me on that.

  6. @Eric: that's actually why I was asking about security constraints. Mark's solution is a shared calendar, it will work if everybody has access.
