Possible issue or bug

    I have recently created a list. One of the columns, Support requested, is a lookup type field. It points to another list for its values. What I have noticed is that all users in a standard view can see this column and the data, but in datasheet view some users do not see this column. This is very bizzar. I have checked the permissions on both lists and they should have access. Permission on my lookup list are set by domain groups, All the domain groups in my company have edit access to this lookup list, In the intake there are multiple permission levels. I can't not, for the life of me figure out why some users can see the column in datasheet view and other can't, but all can see it in standard view. Any one have any ideas?
