Our company has thousands of Auto Cad files that we would like to store and maintain in SharePoint. Does anyone have a recommendation for the best plug-in to install at the farm level?

I maybe able to help you, we are currently in proof of concept with a 3rd party for exactly what you are asking.. So just need to check legals and I may be able to put you in contact with some people.
Other than that,, I don't think there is anything out there..
The biggest problem with CAD files is the size .. I know for one I wouldn't want them stored in SP fro that reason alone.. But leaving them in a file sahre with no version control etc etc isnt' any better.. Same problem we are having.Posted 2 days ago #
