Saving Issues

    I posted this a month ago and we are still having the same problems. I'm going to throw it back out there to see if anyone has a suggestion.

    We have a Meeting Workspace that tracks multiple meetings and within that workspace, we have a Tracking tab with a Document Library setup as Series. When working with the documents in this DL we have had sporadic issues with saving a document back to the DL. Basically, it is NOT consistently saving the document. There are NO errors and NO indication that it did not save your current changes. Even the date and time stamp shows the last save, but when the file is reopened your changes are not there. I have insured everyone is opening in Edit mode and not just Read only and have asked them to make sure that they are saving back to the correct location by using Save As and navigating to the correct DL. The issue still occurs, hopefully I haven't stumped the panel and you can help. Not finding a lot on this issue. The curren workaround is to save each update with a new name - this is not a viable solution.
