Set a default value in the Title column

    I frequently use a calculated column for the full name of an individual. What I would like to do is have the user enter the last name and first name and then "stuff" the calculated equivalent of full name (Last, First) into the Title column.

    I was able to accomplish something similar using the workflow to update a list item
