    Is it possible in WSS30 to get print out of list item in the form format of each list item .

    Here are some solutions that I have found. One allows you to print a clean page, second is the one that Paul put together and the third is a solution that prints an issue per page.

    Goto Site Actions (Top Right hand corner) then click Edit Page
    Click Add a Web Part
    Add a Content Editor Web Part
    Click the open the tool pane hyperlink on the added Content Editor Web Part
    Click Source Editor on the tool pane that opens.
    Paste Paul's script into there.

    I have one query is it not possible to get Full print of Single item list in the Form format . If yes please help me . My boss wants this .

    If I understand you, you want to add this print capability to the Display form. If that's true, get to the edit menu of the DispForm.aspx by adding this to the url:
    &PageView=Shared&ToolPaneView=2

    Then you can add the CEWP to the page with the print code. It should attach to the List View Web Part.

    Go to your display form and to the http address append &PageView=Shared&ToolPaneView=2
