Training Workflow Help

    Hi Panel,

    I have a requirement for a 'Training' library where site members are required to review each of the 10 documents to complete the training. Management should recieve an email (per user) when training is completed (i.e. all 10 documents have been read). Newly added users should also have this 'task' assigned to them.

    I'm currently looking into building an SPD workflow and assigning 'To Do' items to each user, but I think managing the task assignments will get messy.

    Can you please suggest an OOTB or SPD solution to this requirement?

    You can disregard this... it ended up being MUCH easier than I anticipated.

    I just created a custom trainee list and built an SPD workflow that assigns to-do items.

    Problem solved.
