Dear Friends ,
I am facing a strange problem , while accessing a portal through LAN , it is giving error it is showing the Page can not be found , after 15 Mins it starts automatically . I am not doing any changes to it.
again after sometime it will not be accessible .
But while On the server its working fine .
Please help me in this .

Hi,
Only on your computer or on all computers? Have you check your IIS Pool to know when it recycle (it suppose to recycle only once a day)? Check you DNS server to found a A HOST or CNAME with the corresponding PRT. Check your IE settings to see if you cache the page.
If it's only on your computer, reset your IE back to factory (carefull it is clearing history). Add your site to LOCAL INTRANET zone in IE (TOOLS => INTERNET OPTIONS => SECURITY => LOCAL INTRANET => SITES => ADVANCED).

NO its not working .
It is not getting access from any computer , but if i am accessing it from WSS server's Remote console , it is getting accessed without any problem .
