   I cannot see the view option on one of the document libraries. Not sure how this has happened, is there a way to replace that back instead of recreating the doc library again.

   I've seen this happen when the document library web part got closed, and someone manually added the web part back.

   In Edit mode, click to Add a Web part to that doc library page
   Click Advanced gallery and options
   In the toolpane on the right, click on the "Closed web parts" section.
   If there's one in there, that's the one you can just drag onto the page, and it should have the view menu on it.
   If there's nothing in the "closed web parts", then that means someone completely deleted the original doc library web part from the page. Not sure how to fix that.
