Workflow Email to Secondary Email Address

    I have a roster of users that I am wanting to email through a Workflow. I have a column in the list for their email addresses. How can I use that column of email addresses in the "To" field of the workflow email?

    They either need to be in an SP group or in the metadata of the item under the workflow.
