My alert workflow, created with Designer 2007, is triggered by a newsly saved form in a SharePoint (MOSS) forms library. The workflow sends an email that picks up data from multiple fields within the newly saved form. The email body also picks up the Encoded Absolute URL of the form. Clicking on this url link in the received email is supposed to open the form for review.
Problem: The workflow works fine and the email gets sent with the appropriate data. However, I'm the only one who receives an active link in the email. Others get a non-clickable url.
I have Outlook/Office 2007 while most others are using Outlook/Office 2003. Is there some compatibiilty issue with Outlook? Any workaround to getting the active link to everyone?
