This week’s recording of Today in SharePoint is a group effort in trying to find viable SharePoint Information Worker resources.

Yes, the title is a mouthful, but if you’ve got a half hour, this is a fun session. Michael Gannotti, Laura Rogers, Mike Watson, Joel Oleson and I take a quick stab at what we saw this week and try to put it into perspective. For those who couldn’t attend SPC09, you can hear the excitement in the voices as we discuss what we discovered and the people we met.

At 10:30am, PST, Michael Gannotti, aka the SharePoint Samuri, and I will be broadcasting live from the SharePoint Conference 2009 exhibit floor. We will be at Booth 714.

Michael and I did our final recording today before heading off to SPC09 for the week. It’s an interesting one in that we expand on the video he did this morning on public perceptions of people through live social media.

Welcome to another installment of Today in SharePoint. Michael and I had a fun time talking about What About Bob and the Karate Kid as the ultimate IT and Business movies, respectively. Along the way, we talk about Microsoft/SharePoint bashing as well as Fast ESP as a content delivery system.

In our conversation, Michael and I talk about the different technologies available for streaming content, the various encoding types available for providing media content over the web, and the pros/cons of available formats.

A lot of times you can follow someone on their blog or on twitter and never really get a feel for who they are. In this segment of Today in SharePoint, I talk with Michael a little about his family history and the story behind his name.

This is the “inauguration” recording for Michael’s new series on EndUserSharePoint.com. It’s along the same lines as “Today in SharePoint with Joel Oleson”, where we discuss whatever comes to mind in the world of SharePoint, Social Media and anything else we want to talk about.
