I would like to set up some kind of workflow that will automatically delete a folder and all files within it two weeks after creation.

Since I posted the previous version of the solution that utilizes the Google Chart Tools / Interactive Charts (aka Visualization API), Google has updated their API and made the previous version more or less obsolete.

To apply permissions so that a tab or pull down item is only viewable to a specific audience we will use SharePoint’s feature of specify permissions at the item level.

If you have issues with long file names in your SharePoint environment, then you probably have deeper issues with your Information Architecture.

I have long thought of making a generic solution for pulling information from another list, kind of like you would do in Excel with the function vLookup.
