Spent the early morning getting the weekly newsletter ready to go, preparing for today’s sessions at SPTechCon and looking at recommended sites on #sharepoint twitter. Here are five interesting ones that caught my attention.

In last week’s workshop, she presented a solution to a Travel System Workflow created with SharePoint Designer. We invited Chris Geier from K2 to show how a third party tool would approach the same process.

Laura Rogers has developed a workflow system for automatic notification during various stages of a project. As each phase concludes, emails are automatically generated to appropriate parties. There is also task tracking notifications, two days before a task is due and one week past the due date if the task has not been completed.
