About this time last year I receive a request form the Usability Study Group at Microsoft to help find people to be part of their usability study. Looks like it’s that time of year again.
We have just concluded the broadcast with Michael Sampson, author of Teamless Seamwork. This week, Michael talked about how to clean up after a project.

Michael will be continuing the study group live online tomorrow at 4:00pm EST, covering Chapter 8 of Seamless Teamwork: Making a Decision. Attendance to the event is free, but please register in advance so that we can get a headcount.

We’ll be looking at Chapter 5 of the book—which transitions us from talking about upfront activities before the project starts and into the discussion of how the team works together through SharePoint on Phase 1 of the project lifecycle model.
