EndUserSharePoint.com is a Cesspool

CesspoolLast week EUSP was accused of being a “cesspool of bad practices“. Rather than argue the point, I decided to fully embrace the concept of cesspoolism. I put out the word on twitter, saying I was looking for an acronym for ‘cesspool’ that would best define EndUserSharePoint.com.

The responses were pretty amazing:

“Critics Envy Superb SharePoint posts Others Obviously Love”
@wcyber

“Cesspool? EUSP Supplies Superb Posts Others Obviously Love ”
@ruveng

“Clearly @EUSP Shares Something People Obviously Otherwise Lack”
@ruveng

“Crazily @EUSP Said Something Pique Or Otherwise Lamented”
@DessieLunsford

If you’d like to add one of you own, put it in the comment section. Made sure that EUSP or EndUserSharePoint.com is included as part of the acronym. Next week I’ll setup a poll and the most popular entry will win an EndUserSharePoint.com shirt, that is if you don’t mind promoting a cesspool of SharePoint content.

    Criticising EUSP Seems Silly Personally. Objectors Outta Layoff.

    Haha!! That’s awesome. Mark, your loyal following of educated readers is proof enough. If EUSP is a “cesspool” , well, I only wish we had more cesspools of thought around in the world.

  3. Dave says:

    Mark,

    When they are throwing anything/everything at you, then you know you are on winning side.

    Let this spear deflect, fall,and be forgotten. Keep focused on what EUSP does best:

    HELP OTHERS! You are either part of the solution or part of the problem. I see only solutions offered here – Cheers!

    Nothing Succeeds like a Cess !

    Long may you pool!

  5. Trudy says:

    Obviously one persons cesspool, is this communities think tank!

  6. As one of the contributors to the cesspool I’d be happy to contribute once again by describing my own personal motivation.

    Great job turning what could have been negative into something positive and fun. If everyone responded like this when confronted with conflicting (and potentially volatile) situations it would benefit everyone and make the world a better place overall.

    A heartfelt thank you to all EUSP contributors for Sharing ‘their’ Points.
