EndUserSharePoint.com is moving to its new home at NothingButSharePoint.com
I think the title says it all.
After many trials and tribulations, NothingButSharePoint.com (NBSP) went live on Monday morning. NBSP combines the resources from Jeremy Thake’s SharePointDevWiki.com, Joel Oleson’s SharePointJoel.com and EndUserSharePoint.com. This will give you the ability to go to one single location for all things SharePoint, with content for all levels of SharePoint users.
What does that mean for the site you are looking at now? In the next few days, we will be locking down the current site. Articles will still be available for viewing, but commenting will be turned off. There will be a message at the top of each article saying “This article is archived. Read the latest update and comments for this article on NothingButSharePoint.com“.
We have migrated all of the content, including comments, to the EndUserSharePoint section of the new site. Hopefully, the transition will be relatively painless. We’re in the process of making sure the formatting is correct, the code snippets appear in place and the videos are playing properly.
I hope you’ll continue to be part of our extended community at NothingButSharePoint.com. The EndUserSharePoint.com authors will continue to provide the type of content you come here for, but in addition, all levels of SharePoint users (Developer, IT Pro, End User, Business User) are represented.
Sincerely, thanks for staying with us. We look forward to an extremely exciting year as we continue to build on the community foundation started three years ago. With your support, participation and contribution, this could be one of the largest user generated technology communities in the world. That makes me smile.

Great work, gentlemen. Glad to be a part of it!
Blessings,
Jim Bob
One SharePoint site to rule them all!! Great job everyone!
LOVE IT! As a one woman SharePoint shop having one place to go for help on the Developer/EndUser/IT side of things is a big help. No more surfing around, just click and consume.
I like the look too, nicely done gentlemen. Ever consider doing a series or a workshop series on how to make SharePoint not look like SharePoint? :)
Trudy
Trudy – Kyle did the final skinning of the site and as luck would have it, yes, he will be doing a series on SharePoint branding. — Mark
The timing couldn’t be more perfect for me right now. We are starting to vet the idea of a customer portal based on Sharepoint 2010 but the management doesn’t it want it to look like sharepoint.
I have started to do a little research on the topic so this would be very helpful to me.
Thanks!
Trudy
Sincerely right back at you for what you do!
M.
This is great and to think it happened in just three years. I look forward to see the new changes and as a one person (man) SharePoint shop like Trudy, I’m hoping to see workshops. The workshops on EUSP have helped me with my work. Will STP be changing?
Keep up the great work everyone and Happy Holidays to everyone.
lol More power to the sharepoint multitaskers!
The EUSP workshops have been the ONLY training I have gotten my company to pay for. They are so cost effective, and yet what you get is so much more than expected that they can’t say no. :)
I too hope we see more workshops!
Trudy
I am in the process of setting up a SharePoint Branding category on NBSP. There is just too much good stuff going around with Kyle S, Marcy K, Heather W, Corrie H, and Cathy D a host of others, not to have a place to aggregate all that knowledge.
Look for that category to go live next week with an article: How we did it – The Branding of NothingButSharePoint.com.
Not only will there be a branding category but expect a strong and growing SharePoint Business Community with it’s own section as well. :)
Awesome job and effort from all of those involved! This is why the SharePoint community is the best technology community in the world. :P
Yep. To clarify Richard’s point, NBSP is going to have a Business site collection, where as the branding category is placed under the EUSP umbrella. Thanks Richard. — Mark
As SharePoint becomes increasingly important to organizations, the ability to brand SharePoint will grow as well. If you have ever visited http://www.topsharepoint.com/ you can get a taste of the possibilities.
I only hope my less than comprehensive coding skills will be enough to put the information in the new catagory to practicle use. ;-)
Thanks once again,
Hi Mark,
What about the EUSP SP2010 articles? Can’t find them on the NothingButSharePoint site. Also, had to log into the NBSP site with Windows Live ID to use Search.
Joan
Joan – We haven’t moved the 2010 articles over yet. It’s on the way. I’ll check with Jeremy about the login for search. That doesn’t make sense. — Mark
I hate to see this site go. The new site just gives me problems. the page loading stalls trying to download https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar.php?gravatar …. and the scrollbars do not show up.
Robin,
If you can be more specific, we can take a look at it and see what’s causing the stall.
Thanks,
Mark
